Even though I’m writing this blog in English, I switched to Dutch when I started working on the book version of the 8 tips to get your co-workers engaged. Since I’m not planning to move to Silicon Valley to do consulting there, Dutch seems to make sense. On the other hand, I have many international friends. So, let me see what you think!
